At the 2014 Burning Man festival, filmmaker Mark Day shot this video of the line at the Black Rock City DMV (Department of Mutant Vehicles) — the organization responsible for approving art cars for the event. The video gives a good glimpse of the art cars that were present at this year’s Burning Man.
